And so was born the Simple Acts Journal. It's full of ideas and images for all twenty of the Simple Acts – to give you a little reminder of the different ways you can make changes in the world around you.

And on top of that we've also thrown in loads of space to jot down thoughts, write shopping lists or draw caricatures of the people who annoy you.
