This is a side dish that you can eat with bread…or add some minced meat to and eat with rice, as spinach produces its sauce while cooking...is my mother's favourite and reminds me of home.


Ingredients:

Tasty tastySpinach (2 bags)
Tasty TastyGarlic
Tasty tastyFresh coriander
Tasty TastyOnion

Additional:
Tasty tastyArabic bread

Cooking Method

1. Fry (with olive oil) garlic and half a bunch of fresh coriander (cropped)
2. Fry half an onion cut in small cubes
3. Put 2 bags of spinach on top of fried garlic, coriander and onions and stir, then leave for 15 minutes to cook. Add salt to preference.
4. Eat with Arabic bread
